With a deep dedication to understanding what helps human beings and societies thrive, Julie Daigle has earned degrees in psychology (BA), sociology (MA), and political theory (PhD). Alongside her academic work, she has spent many years exploring the healing and expressive capacities of the body through yoga and dance.
Having greatly benefited from Havening herself, Julie is passionate about sharing its transformational powers. What she appreciates most about Havening is how it clears the way to peace and well-being. Gently taming the heart and mind, Havening offers a safe space to release what no longer serves.
